appurtenances. And for £4 13s. 4d. from
the lease of the Rectory of Portsmouth, Portsea and Portsbridge thus lately
leased to Thomas Carpenter and his assigns by Indenture. And for £21 13s. 4d. from John White esquire
for 35 qtrs of wheat of good and pure grain [and] 60 qtrs of barley of good and
clean grain which are owed for the lease of the rectory for a term of 21 years
by Indenture of the King’s Court of Augmentations
