4 of Sussex Mercer doe send greetinge in our lord
5 god everlasting Whereas Roger Price of Westbery
6 in the Countye of Buck' Esquier by his Deed pole under
7 his hand and seale bearing date the eighte and
8 twentith daye of October last past before the date
9 hereof for the considerac[i]on of One hundred pownd[es]
10 therein menc[i]oned Did assigne and sett over unto us
11 the said Thomas Pennant and Richard Gardiner All his
12 estate righte title interest and tearme of yeares
13 of in and to five messuages or Tenement[es] w[i]th the
14 appurten[a]nces scituate and being in Tuttle street
15 neare the Gatehouse w[i]thin the cittie of West'
16 in the countye of Midd' heretofore graunted by
17 Indenture of Lease Dated the sixteenth daye of
18 Maye In the yeare of our lord One thousand six
19 hundred twentie and eighte by the Deane and
20 Chapter of the Collegiate church of St Peter in
21 Westm' unto William Mann Esquier deceased for
22 the tearme of Fourtie yeares att the yearely rent
23 of fower pownd[es] six shilling[es] and eighte pence And
24 alsoe alsoe {sic} all the estate & interest of him the said
25 Roger Price of in and to the sayd Indenture of lease
26 As thereby and by the said Deed pole appeareth Nowe
27 knowe yee that wee the said Thomas Pennant and
28 Richard Gardiner Doe hereby puplish and Declare that
29 that [sic] the said some of One hundred pownd[es] considerac[i]on
30 monye menc[i]oned in the said Deed pole as aforesaid was
31 the proper monyes of John Richbell Cittizen & Tallow chaundler
32 of London and that our names was used in trust in the same
33 Deed to and for the use and behoofe of him the said John Richbell
34 his executors & assignes and noe oherwise [sic] Witnes o[u]r hand[es]
35 & seales hereunto sett the seaventh daye of November In the
36 yeare of our lord One thousand six hundred fiftie and Nyne
37 Sealed & deliuered in the p[re][se]nce
