Although the document is as late as 1679, the hand remains a well-formed Secretary Hand with all the charactersitic Secretary features.
In fact, this membrane of parchment is simply the first part of the transaction. The lease and release consisted of two parts, one dated the day after the other. The first was the lease for possession (lease for one year), which is the membrane here.
