Child to haue all my landes whatsoever And for want of Such issue
to William Mosley & his heires for ever Item I give unto Richard
Mosley Susanna Mosley & John Mosley Children of Richard Mosley[es] of
Shelley in the County of Yorke Yeoman Euery one of them five pound[es] when
they shall come to the age of One & Twenty Yeares Item I give unto
Richard Mosley Sarah Mosley & Henry Mosley Children of John [filler mark]
Mosley[es] of Shelley in the County of Yorke Husbandman Eu[er]y one of them five
poundees when the (sic) shall attaine to One & Twenty Yeares of age And also
to John Mosley the Elder Five pound[es] to be paid at Twelve Mounth[es]
end by William Mosley out of my land[es] Item I give unto Joseph
Mosley & Richard Mosley Sonn[es] of Henry Mosley of Shelley in the County
of Yorke Clothier Either of them five pound[es] to be paid to them when
they Shall attaine to the age of one & Twenty Yeares to be paid out of
my land[es] by the afforesaid William Mosley Item I give unto Richard
Mosley & Henry Mosley father[es] of the afforesaid Children Either of
them Twelve pence Item my will & mind is that William Mosley Shall
abate Richard Haucksworth of Healey fortye shillings Eu[er]y Yeare Dureing
his tearme of Yeares And alsoe my will is that Robert Broadhead of
Healey is to haue Twenty Shilling[es] Abated Dureing his tearme of
Yeares by the aforesaid William Mosley And I Doe Nominate and
ordaine William juratus Morley & Mary my wife ioynt Executo[u]rs of this my
last will & Testam[en]t revokeing all other Will[es] And that My Executo[u]rs
Shall take Care of Rob[er]t Bradley my old Servant that he Shall haue
maintenance at the house Dureing his life
