Know all men by these Presentes that I Joseph Holden Citizen and Haberdasher of London Have on the day of the date hereof Received of George Baron of London Merch[an]t the Sum[m]e of Seaven hundred & ten Pounds of Lawfull money of England being the Consideration money menc[i]oned to be payd unto me in one Pair of Indentures bearing even date with these Presents and made or menc[i]oned to be made between William Angell Citizen and Grocer of London me the said Joseph Holden and William Wilkinson Citizen and Skinner of London of the One Parte And the s[ai]d George Baron of the other Parte The Receipt whereof I doe hereby Acknowledge and thereof and of every Parte thereof doe hereby Acquit and Discharge the said George Baron his Executors Adm[inistratou]rs and Assignes for ever In witnesse whereof I have hereunto put my hand and Seal the fifteenth day of February in the One and Thirtieth Yeare of the Raigne of our Soveraigne Lord Charles the Second by the Grace of God King of England & Annoque D[o]m[in]i 1678 Sealed and delivered in the Presence of Tho[mas] Lambe W[illia]m Angell j[u]n[io]r Tho[mas] Fitch Joseph Holden
